Hey everyone, this is Alex from the Lean Into You podcast, back with another guided meditation. Our first of season three actually, you know, I love these meditations because even though we produce this show and these episodes and this content for our end audience first and foremost, it never fails that I discover just how much I need this time to slow down and recenter happens every single time I record a meditation. So today's meditation is a quick meditation to remind yourself that you are enough. It's something that we all need on an almost everyday basis. So we hope you enjoy this guided meditation on reminding yourself that you're enough sit and find your breath sitting in an upright relaxed position drop your gaze or close your eyes find the breath the faithful friend that it is and notice that your breathing take three deep breaths Breathing in breathing out breathing in positivity breathing out and letting go of old stale air and stale stories sitting with our attention on the breath relax the body drop your shoulders and be still repeat these affirmations to yourself taking a deep breath at the end of each sentence I am a human being full of life and possibility no one else is like me I have a right to make mistakes and recover I love myself unconditionally I do not need anyone else's approval to love and be kind to myself sometimes I do not know. It's okay to not know what is not known as an invitation to be curious and to discover If I do my best, I let go of the rest return your attention to the breath. If your mind wanders off, come back to the home base of the breath gently and easily. On the next breath, open your eyes and return your attention to the space.
